  • Good amount of work - good pace, scope given other priorities
  • Next time could note contingencies - is there something that needs to be done first? worked out this time, but something to look out for in the future
  • Still figuring out how this all connects - project components, UCB load work
    • it's own "sub-project" with separate sprints, etc?
  • Decided on three weeks as a good pace for all future sprints, and created a schedule leading up to first release
