If a user's name does not appear in your search results, the user may not have a wiki account yet. Tell the user to log in to the wiki (which will auto-create the user's wiki account). Read more about what you can do when User cannot be found via search.
If this is urgent, please email the wiki administrators to manually create the user's wiki account.
- If you know a user's MyAccess ID, instead of searching by name you can enter the MyAccess ID in this format: firstname.lastname@example.org (instead of sf123456).
- For detailed information on permission types, see Permission Types.
