Important:
If a user's name does not appear in your search results, the user may not have a wiki account yet. Tell the user to log in to the wiki (which will auto-create the user's wiki account). Read more about what you can do when User cannot be found via search.

| Go into your space, click the Space Tools menu (bottom left) and select Permissions |

In the Individual Users entry field, start typing the user's name and select it from the drop-down menu that appears, then click the Add button. Note: If the user's name does not appear in your search results, he/she may not have a wiki account yet. Tell the user to log in to the wiki (which will auto-create the user's wiki account). If a user's name still cannot be found, check other causes and what to do when a user cannot be found via search. You may email the wiki administrators if you need further assistance. |

Check/uncheck desired permissions for user. To remove a user, click the Deselect All link. To give someone space administrator access, click on all the permissions boxes for the individual. |
