Go into your space, click the Space Tools menu (bottom left) and select Permissions

Click the Edit Permissions button

In the Individual Users entry field, start typing the user's name and select it from the drop-down menu that appears, then click the Add button. If the user's name does not appear in your search results, he/she doesn't have a wiki account yet. Tell the user to log in to the wiki (which will auto-create the user's wiki account), or email the wiki administrators to manually create the user's wiki account.

Check/uncheck desired permissions for user. To remove a user, click the Deselect All link.

Click the Save All button

Notes

  • If you know a user's MyAccess ID, you can enter it directly in this format: 000000@ucsf.edu (instead of sf000000)
