Once a POI number has been assigned, it will be entered into the Hydra database and displayed and can be found in HydraWeb and in the daily UCSF Hydra Manager Match file.
If you did not receive an automated email with the initial POI password after the POI number was entered added into the Hydra database, contact the DPH Service Desk to obtain a temporary password for the POI account (via email: dph.helpdesk@sfdph.org or via phone: 628-206-7378).
