Steps for TOP Observers:

1) Ask what aspects of their teaching they would like feedback on.

2) Use these forms to formulate your feedback during a TOP observation.

3) Share your feedback at a separate meeting.

4) Document the date and type of observation (no feedback.)

Next Steps after Training:
Become a TOP Observer

To be listed as a TOP Observer on the TOP Portal, complete these steps:

  1. complete the training
  2. have a colleague observe you
  3. do an observation of a colleague
  4. request confirmation letters for each of the observations.

Document your Observation with this simple process

  • Use this form to attest to and document the date of your observation after it is completed.
  • NOTE: No actual feedback is included, only names, dates and observation type involved.
