Staying in the Moment:

This is one of the key principles we try to teach caregivers. It is a relatively simple concept but is very difficult to sustain over time due to the many challenges caregivers face. Taking a mindful meditation class and going through the modules in the "In the Moment" website can be very helpful to integrate this concept.
